Why they look like sluts and suck. You never see a grunge band or thrash metal band surrounded by chicks and they’re both better than glam metal. Not that it maters just saying.

Women were the target market for Glam Metal. It was about meeting mentally vapid women and making money. It was the Glam Metal culture. They dressed like idiots to get attention. A bit sad really.

Grunge and Thrash musicians were more passionate about their music, and had no problems meeting women. They didn’t have bikini clad women dancing in their videos, but they didn’t want to. They just didn’t make superficial pursuits their main inspiration or goal.
